1. Appointments & Cancellations
• A valid credit card may be required to hold appointments.
• Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows may be
charged up to 100% of the service fee.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling with
applicable charges.
2. Health & Safety
• Please inform your sugarist of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before
your appointment.
• We reserve the right to decline or adjust services if we believe it is unsafe to proceed.
• Aftercare instructions will be provided; following them is your responsibility.
3. Payments & Refunds
• Payments are due at the time of service.
• All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for completed services, but we will work with you
to resolve any concerns.
• Gift cards and promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Conduct
• We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will
result in termination of services and possible banning from future appointments.
5. Liability
• By booking a service, you acknowledge that you understand the possible risks of hair
removal (including minor irritation, redness, ingrowns, or skin sensitivity).
• Bee’s Sugaring and its staff are not responsible for adverse reactions if you fail to disclose
relevant health information or ignore aftercare instructions.
6. Changes to Terms
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with
the “Effective Date” above.
